How It Works

1. Send your design to hatjacketllc@gmail.com
2. We create your custom screen (one-time setup).
3. You purchase your HatJackets separately in 3-packs.
4. We print your design onto the HatJackets and ship them to you.

Important Ordering Details

• A custom screen is required for any custom-printed HatJacket order.
• One screen prints 3 HatJackets at a time.
• Because of this, HatJackets must be ordered in multiples of 3
  (3, 6, 9, 12, 15, 18, etc.).
• This screen fee covers the entire setup, and once it’s created,
  you can reorder your design anytime without paying the setup fee again.

Discount on Large Orders

If you purchase 15-27 HatJackets (5-9 Sheets), your HatJackets are automatically discounted 20%

If you purchase 30+ HatJackets (10+ Sheets), your HatJackets are automatically discounted 25%

After You Order

Once you complete your screen setup and HatJacket purchase, we begin production.
You’ll receive updates and proofs as needed to ensure your print is perfect.

Notes

• Custom screens are created specifically for your design and cannot be returned.

• Printing begins only after both the screen setup and the HatJacket 3-pack order are complete.
