Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–7 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package.
Incorrect Address Disclaimer
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you realize you entered the wrong address, contact us immediately at Hatjacketllc@gmail.com. If the order has not yet shipped, we can update it.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, HatJacket is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If your package is missing, please file a claim directly with the carrier. If you need help with this process, we’re happy to assist.
International Shipping
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes charged by their country. HatJacket is not responsible for shipping delays caused by customs.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our product, all sales are final unless your item arrives damaged or defective. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Hatjacketllc@gmail.com, and we’ll make it right.
Holiday & Peak Seasons
During peak seasons (such as November–December), carriers may experience delays that are beyond our control. We recommend ordering early to ensure on-time delivery.
