At HatJacket, we want you to love your purchase. While our products are made with care, we understand things don’t always go as planned. Please review our policy below:

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our product, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size, or incorrect address provided at checkout.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your support email] with:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the damaged or defective item

We will send a replacement at no extra cost or issue a refund, depending on your preference.

Missing Packages

Once an order is shipped and in the hands of the carrier, HatJacket is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package goes missing, please file a claim with the carrier. We’re happy to help guide you through this process.

Refunds (if applicable)

If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original method of payment. Please allow 5–7 business days for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
